  • In 2022 I joined the core volunteer group at South Shields parkrun and have acted as Run Director, organising the volunteers and ensuring a safe event.

Interests

I am a keen runner and have completed eleven marathons (so far) and use this as a method of keeping myself fit and active, something that I find very important for my mental health and wellbeing. I  enjoy going to the cinema to switch off and enjoy the latest films that are released.
