Responsible for safety and learning experience of groups of young people in the outdoors. Supervising and assessing Duke of Edinburgh expeditions. Also providing training in schools nationwide but mainly in north and west London.

Putting together walking and cycling holidays in Wales, from initial inquiry, through to bookings, delivering bikes, providing maps and instructions, and taking payments. Dealing with cycle hire inquiries and ensuring the smooth delivery and maintenance of bikes, including emergency call outs. Helped to double the cycle hire business during my first year.

Renovated and old house in Brecon and ran it as successful Bed and Breakfast with part time coffee shop. Responsible for website, marketing, bookings, and day to day running of the business. Achieved high percentage of return business, and high rankings on Google and Tripadvisor.

Responsible for a team of 6 sales consultants putting together holidays in Central and South America, and the "Alternative Caribbean".

Dealing with customer inquiries, converting inquiries into bookings. Putting together itineraries including self drive, and booking individual hotels, or liaising with small local tour operators to look after our clients on two to three week adventurous holidays, including bird watching, hiking, diving, snorkelling etc

Ensuring the smooth operation of the above, supporting sales staff, trouble shooting, and helping with brochures/website/operations.

Helped grow the company from what was initially Belize and Costa Rica, to expand into Peru and the Galapagos, followed by Cuba, Dominica and Guadeloupe.

Leading small groups on adventurous holidays and expeditions, including overland London to Kathmandu, Rio to Lima, Andes to Amazon, and Middle East.
