Architect and passionate for agriculture, with more than 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of urban development projects, mainly in rural areas and areas of social vulnerability within cities. In recent years I have dedicated myself to the cultivation of coffee, cocoa, vegetables and farm animals as well as the commercialisation of these on a small scale, using permaculture and circular farming principles in the area of Honduras in Central America. I currently have Humanitarian Protection status in the UK and wish to continue my professional development.
Throughout the previous years I was partially working in coffee and cocoa cultivation as well as poultry, fish and bee keeping. Then in 2018 I started working full time on the farm. With the aim of making a circular and sustainable agriculture, different products were created for commercialisation such as chocolate bonbons, drinking chocolate, roasted and ground coffee, the sale of dried fish and dried fruits. Work was also being done on the commercialisation of vegetables and the implementation of sheep farming.
