• Preparing , and implementing Pre assessment for complex , mainly elderly Orthopaedic patients needing Knee ,Hip or Shoulder Replacements +Various other orthopaedic Surgery's
• Ensuring patients are well prepared and safe prior to their admission to hospital for joint surgery .
• Liaising with multi disciplinary teams ,including ,Consultants, Ward nurses, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy in order to facilitate a safe and trouble free journey for orthopaedic patients

• Employed to provide care for Patients pre and post Endoscopy Patients
• Assisting Clinician with Endoscopic Procedures .
• Pre Assessment of Patients for Endoscopic Procedures.
• Consenting Patients for Endoscopic Procedures
• Implemented and evaluated care plan efficiencies, identifying and addressing concerns to improve treatment outcomes.

• Agency Nurse on various Medical and Surgical Wards .
• Medication Rounds , IV Medication Administering
