  • My initial post was Administrative assistant, my responsibilities were varied from opening mail, photocopying and filing of documents to repaying of vehicle excise rebates ensuring relevant systems were checked and updated. I was successful at promotion to Administrative Officer where my duties included monitoring and updating HR records electronically and resolving payroll queries. Liaising with customers, colleagues, managers in order to quickly resolve any issues in professional and timely manner.
  • I then gained further promotion to Executive officer assisting in the implementation of Shared Services Project. My duties included liaising with stakeholders in person, by email and telephone to collate relevant information requirements in order to build appropriate system data, preparing testing scripts and providing assistance, guidance to support test team in the execution of testing cycles. Reporting back with progress, providing defect status and monitoring re-testing requirements. I attended SAP HR courses both internal and external internal to advance my knowledge and skills.
  • I managed a small team with responsibilities for maintaining and updating of organisational structures for multiple agencies. This involved communicating with various departments, organisations and staff in order to achieve successful outcome. I covered for senior managers as required attending meetings both internal and externally.
