I am an experienced ADI and Fleet Instructor with a professional, dedicated outlook to my work, believing passionately in road safety and driver training. I bring additional experience and kudos from my time as a police advanced driver. Being in the Metropolitan Police Force has helped me to develop very good interpersonal skills. Striving for personal improvement, I continually evaluate my delivery, seeking to improve my own knowledge and skills further within the driver training industry. I pride myself on establishing strong, professional rapports with my clients.
I qualified as a Fleet Driving Instructor in January 2017 and, since then, I have been working for AA Drivetech, coaching fleet drivers in their cars and vans on half and full day courses, some with 2 hour presentations, all with driver risk reports.
After qualifying as a Training Development Coach in 2019, I assessed and coached Drivetech trainers until this role ceased in Lockdown 2020.
Throughout 2023 I have assisted Keith Freeman and Steve Appleby with the new Fleet Trainer qualification courses at Fanum House.
I left the AA Driving School in April 2017 and set up my own successful business as an Independent Learner Driving Instructor.
I qualified as an ADI in December 2014 on my first attempt, gaining two grade 5s. I then worked as a franchised Learner Driving Instructor through the AA Driving School until April 2017.
