• Directly supervised the lifts
• Brief the lifting team on the works
• Work accordingly the lift plans, the lifting permits and all the documentation involved to carry out the work tasks
• Make sure lifting accessories inspection are recorded and saved
• Verify suitable method of slinging is proposed and record on lift plan.
• Being familiar with the lift plans and have good understanding on the contents in the lifting plans

• Brief all lifting personnel and everyone involved on the contents of the lift plans.
• Record names of Slinger/Signallers on lift plans.
• Directly supervise the lifting operations, to ensure all tasks are carried out according with the lifting plans.
• Verify suitable method of slinging is proposed and record on lift plan.
• Heavy lifting also using accessories such plant tray, spreader beams for heavy plant
• Lifting different type of equipment to supply the works in the tunnel.
• Being familiar with the lift plans and have good understanding on the contents in the lifting plans
• While working at Hinkley Point C I have also worked in different stages of the project while working in the Tunnels
• From TBM works to SCL works and Secondary Lining works

• Started as slinger signaller in 2016
• Learning and gathering experience able to learn quick I developed a passion to work with cranes and slinging
• In 2017 I've completed my Lifting supervisor ticket and started to work as Lifting supervisor and crane coordinator in some of the sites.
• Civil works background, worked in various projects and able to complete some of them all the way to the final product.
• Liaised with crane operators to ensure safe lifting operations.
• Complied with all health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working culture.
