I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting within Technology and Product from the London office. I am responsible for managing the end to end process for candidates working alongside hiring managers to understand individual vacancies and filling positions delivering a great candidate experience. Some of my responsibilities included:

  • Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates in some of our office locations in London, Bristol, Amsterdam, Enschede & Berlin.
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing of candidates.
  • Proactively source top Tech and Product talents using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter & other job boards
  • Develop and implement new recruitment processes/projects

I was hired as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Lead with all stages of the recruiting life cycle to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. I learned how to manage communication with all stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers and partner agencies regarding interview scheduling. I also helped with building a candidate pipeline through direct sourcing of candidates using Linkedin and various mediums including job boards.

  • Taking full lifecycle ownership for attracting and hiring high-quality talent within the Technology, Design, Delivery, Product, Client & Operations department.
  • Engaging with external talent to build long and short term pipelines

I came on-board as a tech resourcer working for the MSP team sourcing for candidates for our clients with over 500 headcount. I was mainly tasked with populating our database with great talent as well as sourcing for the positions I was recruiting for. After proving successful as a resourcer, I was promoted to Agent and had a few more responsibilities and workload from other parts of the business too.

  • Conduct initial telephone screenings/face to face/Skype interviews with candidates to understand their skills, motivators and requirements
  • Sending out interview confirmations and feedback to applicants
  • Profile candidates for the rest of the delivery team and our clients
  • Help coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Preparing and formatting CV’s before sending them to clients
  • Boolean searching on LinkedIn and job boards such as Jobsite, CW Jobs, CV Library, Total Jobs etc.
