  • I achieved 137% of my annual target in my first year. I was the highest performing Corporate Account Executive in 2024.
  • I am currently projected to go over target again in 2025.
  • I am responsible for ensuring that all clients are given a high level of care, that client expectations are being met, introducing how we operate, starting rapport, and learning about new clients to identify new opportunities.
  • I have formed good working relationships within different areas of the business, I have influenced a multi-branch client into running new course types, and I have worked proactively with several challenging clients improving registrations from under 5 to over 14 per course using a consultative approach to identify opportunities and improve client performance.

  • My role was to manage and support both customer and trade client sales and aftercare, across 5 consumer brands within Tildenet.
  • My focus was on their high value brand Agriframes.
  • I was responsible for a portfolio of Trade clients and professionals, alongside growing the bespoke area of the business.
  • During my time there the overall sales grew by over 300%.
  • I managed all Trade clients, high value, and bespoke orders from start to finish.
  • This included: fact finding and consultative selling, creating and generating bespoke product items, quotes, and quote chasing, liaising internally with warehouse and production teams to produce items. Updating customers on predicted eta's/delays to orders and managing expectations, after sales care. General duties included: complaint handling, answering customer emails from both personal and group inboxes, liaising with external providers, identifying problems with products & rectifying issues. Administrative duties such as raising orders, purchase orders, returns and credits, setting up trade accounts, updating training materials and training new staff, mentoring staff members.

  • The role required for me to effectively collect complex information and pass this to the editorial team, as well as to finance, operations, and management teams.
  • I tracked responsiveness of leads and personal data management, working with own initiative to make best use of data, decision making skills, ability to negotiate, and meeting set performance targets.
  • Use of both standard and bespoke computer software such as MS office products and CRM systems for audits, reporting, and analysis.
