Started as general operative, then QA, print room operator, and then line leader for a number of years.

Always making sure I had attention to detail and also looking at the line speeds to make sure I could achieve my targets, not only speed but also people well being and safety and making sure the quality coming off the line was in spec for the customer to avoid rejections.
