Within this role I was responsible for the day to day running of a Buddhist centre, which included the legal requirements of the centre and the financial aspects of the centre. I also organised the volunteers at the centre and run the World Peace Cafe so I also have food handling training.
In 2010 I was ordained as a Buddhist monk, I live my life with a few rules, but that does not effect my way of being a professional at what I do, I believe it make me a better person as I try to incorporate a Buddhist way of life into daily life, there is no difference between the path I have chosen and daily life.

I was responsible for the spiritual programme at the centre here are a list of the jobs I did.
I joined Nagarjuna centre as resident and was in charge of the kitchen coordinating cooking rotas for the resident and ordering food. I then worked as a cafe manager. I also helped organise charity fundraising events once a month - Meditation and meals evenings.
I started with T.E.S. working as a road block man which is part of a critical safety team working for the safety of the railway and the staff carrying out duties whilst or when the passage of trains has stopped for engineering work. I was promoted to a Person in charge of a worksite (PICOP) so I was responsible for the safety of the part of the railway that had engineering work.
We was given the list of engineering work that was to be carried out and my job was to relay the safety instructions of the job and make sure they where carried out, so I had to communicate effectively and to make sure those instructions where carried out and also noted in logs. I was also in charge of moving a train into that worksite.
I started my career in insurance by working as a insurance broker for a several high street companies until I worked as a senior claims handler for Groupama Insurance in Barnet, London
Our Regiment had a proud tradition of how Rifleman, soldiers, who are trained to follow orders but to work under there own inactive, This has what has made me a good leader and organiser through out the remainder of my working life.
