I used Projector and white board along with preparation of number of company laptops before a session and setting up of COINS software module on laptops using virtual desktop, all this had to be done on each one session in classroom environment.
  • Had 4 weeks to learn software. Sessions consisted of 3 courses held throughout day from Monday to Friday 8 am until 5.30 pm.
  • Created all lesson plans, train- trainer notes, including creation of handouts along with course delivery for up to 10 delegates over 3 months for Taylor Wimpey homes during Office 365 2013 Migration roll-out, this consists of Site Managers and Company Stakeholders.
  • Facilitated non-technical delegates some who had never even used Laptops alongside using and navigating Windows 7 desktop. Delegates were taught how to use MicroSoft Lync for messaging and sharing files and conference calls, this was essential for their communication from site site.
  • Training consisted of showing candidates how to use Microsoft Excel to create Gantt Charts for record keeping and analysis of performance. Use of Microsoft Outlook for organising and scheduling of appointments and emails across building sites throughout UK. All had to be re-enforced as facility to use it was there but no one was effectively using it.
  • Conducted bite-sized after hour classes for technical and non technical staff to re-enforce benefits of Microsoft Outlook, including Microsoft Word for creating documents and how to edit those documents, this also proved very successful, and another class was then started for other staff.

  • Started an e-learning project for all colleges. This involved looking to embed E-learning into the colleges current system. The assigned project and long term needs of the college were to see that all staff had adequate information regarding what training they could do to further enhance they're development and future skill-sets.
  • Managed and designed a booklet to help staff in their career progression which I then created and compiled to completion using Adobe InDesign.

  • Assigned along with other trainers by Deloitte UK Milton Keynes to help and train IT support Staff to be ready for the global change and the incorporation of Remedy 7.5 this role had started as a contract role initially for three months then was extended to a full time role as Managers were impressed with my performance amongst other trainers and promoted me to Senior and asked for me to be included on all future IT projects.
  • After my assignment to a new role, tasked with managing 9 trainers from two UK sites, Milton Keynes and Head office premises in London. I had travelled regularly to Deloitte UK head office in London weekly to deliver training workshops and organise induction training to new staff and new Senior Management throughout my term with Deloitte UK.
  • Organised Stakeholder Manager training along with senior management training by using and sometimes having to conduct Training needs analysis with the use of WebEx or conference calling as managers were always busy and could not communicate during working hours.
  • Organised training material with IT Managers and created course material, which included comprehensive quick reference guides and the creation of E-Learning courses using Adobe captivate this was used to show IT staff the steps needed for procedural change from the now upgraded Remedy 7 IT software, these courses were uploaded onto the company intranet IT staff site to help IT staff access much needed troubleshooting information.

Personal Information

I really enjoy flying in my spare time and seek to involve myself in anything associated with aviation. I have attained a Private Pilot's licence from the age of 19 years old, and a current Qualified Twin engine rated Commercial Pilot and fly regularly at the weekends in summer for a local Parachute club.
