Maintaining Area Plant

• Conducting 1st Line maintenance, e.g. Changing filters, gauges, DP cells, pressure testing, and valve greasing.
• Preparing the plant for planned maintenance and summer shutdown, DFPV isolates and de-isolates as required.
• Performing preventative and reactive adjustments to prevent problem escalation, e.g. opening/closing valves
• Identifying, diagnosing and rectifying minor faults and changing over stand-by plant as necessary
• Raising notification for corrective maintenance work orders in the asset management system (Unisol)

• Ensuring that installed projects are commissioned using pre-engineered start-up procedures and plans.
• Designing and installing projects with close communication with site, including vendor support as necessary;
• Installing, maintaining, and servicing major appliances, e.g., boilers, pumps, metering, automated valves, etc.
• Completed fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown maintenance on all appliances and installations as required.
• Ensure the timely provision of correct and certified equipment and materials to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining tools, equipment and meters in safe and effective condition;
• Responding effectively to changing circumstances planning for contingencies, e.g. equipment failure;
• Promoting a productive work environment, accommodating roles and needs of other trades;
• Conducting daily and dynamic risk assessments, identifying, isolating, and eliminating work hazards.
