Summary

A motivated and energetic student with the ability to communicate to all levels. A dedicated team player who is proactive and hands-on in task completion. Undertook the Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Awards. There are four main sections of the award which is Physical, Skills, Volunteering and Expedition which have to be fulfilled in order to obtain the certificate. Volunteered mentoring the Cubs in the local group at 4th East Barnet, Also volunteered to help with the training sessions for the younger players at St Keirnan's a Gaelic Football Club. The expedition involved overnight camping, orienteering, cooking and surviving the very wet British weather. This showed the ability to work both independently and as part of a team as and when needed. It also showed resilience and common sense to get from Point A to Point B, Also had to learn new skills of choice which were Finance/Banking and sign language. Very keen to learn and am adept at taking instruction.
