it was family owned business so I was motivated to get involved and help out and to also get experience. having the experience on being behind the counter. speaking to customers this would be involving having better communication skills, whenever the new supplies came in, I was always lifting the boxes putting them into place and putting the products into place. managed through the stock to see how much of thinks we had and what to buy. had to experience of cleaning the property around with a sweeper so that the business stays hygienic.

I was organised swell making sure the products were in place and check how many there was, so that we would have to go to the suppliers and get some supplies.

this was a work experience for me organised by my school to get experience for work. I manage the build the better experience in communication with the people I met new. I have good IT skills so in a week worth of work experience I manage to book in the vehicles for the services and book the parts that were doing the service on the vehicles. I managed to organise the parts from the storage and put them into place. I also made checks that there was enough parts and if there was some missing we would have to order the parts from Honda to come into the place. I made checks that the service I have planned on the days that the parts were there and the services for the vehicles are on the right days. I was making sure I was organised.
