I am a highly efficient team member of a well established team within a fast-paced and challenging environments. McDonalds environment showed me how eager i am in my ability to learn with the aptitude for applying new knowledge with skill and efficiency. This allowed me to become a reliable crew member with dynamic and flexible style. This style has allowed me to complete high-volume orders to meet service targets; keeping the customer service focus at heart.


Through all my my customer facing roles I have taken a light-hearted and friendly professional approach and the challenge it has presented has allowed me to become adaptable and accurate in completing orders, replenishing serving stations and cleaning spills giving the customer the best experience possible. I am a team player which allowed me assists servers by collecting payments, issuing meals to both delivery drivers and customers as well as helping staff members to clean the setting and help deliver food to customers' tables.

  • Whilst working at the Holiday Inn, I gained many new skills such as learning how to be behind the bar and how to run a restaurant alone

  • Whilst working at the Boating Lake Café I worked in a busy environment and my responsibilities included taking orders to the customers on time, ensuring they were of the best quality for them
  • I would also make sure that all the tables and chairs were sanitized and cleaned to the best standard
  • I only worked in this job for a few months due to covid-19, however it was still a busy environment before the café closed and it has given me the skills to work under pressure and be able to cope well.

  • Working at the Raven I had many responsibilities; some of which included keeping the tables clean and sanitized, making sure customers were satisfied with every order and making sure every environment the customer came into was positive
  • I also worked many Christmas parties, stayed late to make sure the hall and the bar was cleaned to an extremely high standard, and I would also make sure to be there to help my colleagues whenever needed
  • Working the Christmas parties allowed me to gain experience with working in an environment under pressure, and it has allowed to remain calm in any situation.
