A highly motivated and motivating coach with over a decade of coaching experience and a track record in creating high-performing teams where people thrive. My unique background and experience include a corporate career in financial services, lived experience of navigating high stress & high pressure environments, living and studying abroad, and founding a forward-thinking coaching consultancy trusted by household names including Lucky Saint, Octopus & Virgin Media O2. These experiences have shaped the person and coach I am today.


I'm International Coaching Federation accredited coach (ACC working towards PCC) and embrace a diverse range of modalities in my coaching practice, drawing on Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness and the mind-body connection.


My emotional intelligence and relatability ensure I build trust quickly, and get to the root cause of challenges. I take a preventative and action-oriented approach and have a special interest in the importance of mental fitness and burnout prevention to sustain high-performance in people and cultures.
