  • Oversee the day to day running of the helpdesk team to guarantee internal SLAs are met consistently and support tickets are dealt with smoothly from start to completion as well as being an escalation point for higher level tickets.
  • Manage range of systems comprising of ticketing systems, 365 admin, Entra & Intune, AV, RMM, WiFi networks, cloud/VOIP phone systems and Firewalls among others.
  • Assist and lead on projects to continue taking the department and company forward while also staying compliant with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials accreditations.
  • Attend satellite offices around the country to complete any installations of new hardware or systems.
