These are some of the day to day activities we do in order to carry out the role effectively within Capita. With the business i had the chance to work out in Cape Town, South Africa on a campaign that allowed me to work with executives to coordinate and organize a call centre. This was one of my big career highlights as not only did i receive glowing feedback from our client, it allowed me to manage and work with a amazing team with such diverse backgrounds and knowledge.
Having a strong interest E-commerce i started a business in October 2023 this was related to amazon FBA model. The business model was to source products from around the world in bulk and work with factories to identify best selling products to put out on our Amazon store. Our main duties as a business was to market the product through social media platforms and also work with SEO optimization specialists to rank our products higher, networking these individuals was a big part of my role as director at Prosellt . These duties allowed me to enhance my new system skills, working with software's and systems to deliver best possible outcomes for our customers. One of the main skills i would say that i took away from this business was the responsibility aspect and establishing amazing relationships with like minded individuals.
