Having cultivated a passion for customer service through employment in the hospitality sector and a strong sense of discipline and personal standards from the Royal Air Force Reserve these skills have been leveraged in the business sector to grow and expand operations with two separate companies in the highly competitive and regulated Scottish craft drinks market working with both small businesses and some of the UKs largest retailers. This pursuit of excellence is passed on outside of work including to an enduring passion for aviation and creative endeavours.
