Stearn are a wholesaler for electrical supplies across the UK. I sell a huge range of products, ranging from household appliances to industrial electrical controls. I quickly got to grips with the stock, to better try and sell to customers.

Northern and Central are electrical wholesalers, dealing with large contractor firms, quarries and self employed tradesmen, I dealt with all of these types of customers personally, over the phone and face-to-face. I would also communicate directly with suppliers, organising deliveries and returns of faulty stock.

During my tenure at the company I would be attentive to the needs of the customers, often searching through supplier databases to find speciality items they required. I got to know returning customers well, familiarising myself with their specific needs and catering my service to the way that best helped them.
