  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with property owners, landlords, and local authorities, negotiating agreements and securing the necessary permissions for site development.
  • Negotiating access rights, leases, side letters, wayleaves, licenses, and obtaining planning permission for remote rural rollouts for various mobile network operators (MNOs) across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
  • Corresponding and working with legal teams to assist in navigating issues that can arise with the formation of leases
  • Managing site acquisitions with meticulous attention to project timelines and budget constraints, thereby optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Securing the first consensual deal with a trust and third-party crofter, which enabled a major MNO to build the first site for the Total Not-Spot initiative within the flagship Shared Rural Network (SRN) program.
  • Leading negotiations for the construction of the highest number of tower erections within WHP as part of the SRN's Primary Network Sites (PNS) element.
  • Overseeing the installation of a physical network that spans the length of the Southern Hebrides, working closely with Highland estates, crofters, trusts, grazing committees, and other stakeholders to achieve this milestone.

My leadership role extended to recruiting, hiring, and managing a diverse team, including artists, sound technicians, graphic designers, and marketing professionals, all while cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.


I managed multiple artists, assisting them with strategic planning, marketing, and career development. This included overseeing the entire production process from concept to release, ensuring that each artist's creative vision was fully realized.
