I joined this job on a positive after my crash to see if I could do labour work. it worked out well and quite enjoyed it.

key responsibilities

• making sure PPE such as high vis and gloves and steel toe boots are worn in warehouse at all times
• i was going around on a Lollop making sure its safe to drive e.g hydraulics work, wheels are safe, steering works ect and ticking it off in a book
• once safe to drive i would pick up pallets and go isle by isle collecting products that are assigned to the shop i would be picking. once a pallet is completed i would make sure to wrap it tight and place labels in ready to be loaded onto back of trucks.
• looking out for others around incase others are stuck or need some help
• be self aware
• be aware of surroundings and the work enviroment i work in

I went from Agency to full time employment via a contract in a short amount of time. I was always getting feedback about how good / hard im working until I got terminated due to being in a motorcycle accident so was out of work for a few months.

• I was measuring the correct grams then packing coffee into their right bags.
• a few weeks in i got moved on to a coffee grinding machine where id grind coffee beans in tubs from anywhere at 20- 30kg.

I was employed here on a 0 hour contract due to education. I was here for roughly a year without fail but left due to the lack of hours being given.

key roles

• I would give great customer service
• reset tables for weddings, events such as charity, Boxing, meetings, birthdays / parties, or special occasions ect.
• clean and tidy rooms / kitchen before guests arrives. this contains hoovering the rooms, polishing cutlery, glasses, plates ect, change linen on the tables to what ever colour is requested, change bins, removed any rubbish and crockery.
• great working in a team and individually.
