Oversee the effective running of the Oddbox supply chain, from the produce and materials inbound through to the delivery of our boxes, ensuring our customers get their boxes On Time In Full (OTIF). Includes the following:

• Developing an efficient and transparent supply chain
• Oversee accurate stock management
• Inbound scheduling - ensuring Oddbox maintains a flexible inbound transport operation and weekly transport plan is fit for purpose
• Outbound scheduling - providing third parties with schedules to ensure timely transport of packed boxes. Executing Orders and Routing for label file delivery and driver route sequencing.
• Analysing and reporting on performance within the supply chain (financial, purchasing, third party performance etc)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new 3PL partners
• PO management
• Assess logistics-focused business risks and create contingency plans to manage them
• Management of Junior members of the team.
• Delivering Manifests and loading plans to co-packer
• Production Planning - Providing production plan and instructions to co-packers to ensure accurate fruit and veg box production
• High standard of quality with effective systems for ensuring it
• Demand Planning support

• Managing 5 ‘Dark Kitchen' locations across London
• Reviewed internal systems and organized training plans to address areas in need of improvement.
• Project managing various new site roll outs and internal developments
• Staff Management – 35 kitchen staff and 5 General Managers. Engagement with Deliveroo site managers, external stakeholders, suppliers, promotional teams
• Tracked, analyzed and executed quality and continuous improvement initiatives to hold departments accountable for performance.
• Led teams to drive results and meet production, quality and safety goals. Management of Staff Rota's and wages per site.

Joined as Junior regional Manager, promoted to senior regional manager.
All store managers reported directly to the Regional Manager, with a staff compliment of +- 60
employees across KZN shops.
 Daily responsibilities included overseeing opening and closing stores, ensuring that procedures are
followed, all staff management and training, store maintenance, building customer relationships, quality
control, product procurement and growing brand awareness.
 Management of all hospitality accounts. Responsible for ensuring that quality was delivered across the
board and the necessary training was done. All procurement and account management were included in
this role. Focused on building strong relationships to ensure future growth.
 Marketing strategies and event co-ordination also fell under the responsibilities of Regional Manager.
Various campaigns were put in place to grow turnover and build on existing brand identity.
