- Preparation of stock inventory at boatyard to transport to pierhead. Load boats with hot flasks and other food and drink
- Knowledge of different knots for tying up the boats at each destination and approaches on the loch
- Ensured both international and domestic tourists received first class service by assisting them on and off the boats safely, serving food and drink from the bar and answering questions about the loch and its attractions while on the trip.
- Issued tickets and took payment on the I-Pad from customers. Occasional maintenance of the fleet in boatyard including sanding and painting.
