  • My focus was on the Programme Controls workstream e.g. Programme Governance Structure, Programme Reporting Requirements, Programme Organisation Set-Up.
  • The review consisted of analysing 105+ documents. Facilitating 75 deep dive meetings held with the workstreams key stakeholders.
  • Formulated a detailed report highlighting key challenges, quick wins, and proposed recommendations, which led to selling further work as the client side consulting partner.
  • Personally invited back from the client post leaving the engagement to support with the delivery of the go-live event.

  • Led an offshore test team of 15 Functional Integration Testers, defining the teams ways of working, a robust reporting and governance structure.
  • Co-led the Business Verification Testing activity, which validated the core business and customer user journeys across 10 Dress Rehearsals and Go-Live weekends for a team of 20+ business testers. These events involved the migration of c.£50bn of assets and 2.5m customers.
