I am a 21 year old woman studying at the University of Brighton working towards my BSc Hons Ecology and Conservation undergraduate degree. I am interested in botanical science and the different properties plants possess and how they can benefit our daily lives.

I retain strong foundational skills in kitchen operations and food preparation and am knowledgeable about maintaining cleanliness, assisting in meal preparation, and supporting senior chefs. I am ready to use and develop culinary skills, teamwork, and time management in culinary roles.
