
I am a 21 year old woman studying at the University of Brighton working towards my BSc Hons Ecology and Conservation undergraduate degree. I am interested in botanical science and the different properties plants possess and how they can benefit our daily lives.
I retain strong foundational skills in kitchen operations and food preparation and am knowledgeable about maintaining cleanliness, assisting in meal preparation, and supporting senior chefs. I am ready to use and develop culinary skills, teamwork, and time management in culinary roles. Also I am friendly and approachable, bringing strong communication and problem-solving skills suited for customer service environments; I have demonstrated a keen ability to listen and respond to customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, and am ready to drive positive customer experiences and contribute to success of customer service roles.
