Covid 19 rapid response

  • This was a temporary campaign set up by public health England in order to tackle the call queues for people waiting to receive home testing kits during the covid 19 pandemic.
  • I was responsible for engaging the public with good practice and hygiene advice to avoid exposure.
  • I provided home testing kits, processed orders for the public and for large scale businesses such as care homes and the NHS.
  • Providing reassurance to infected members of the public and transferring potentially life threatening calls to 111 for an assessment.
  • Engaging in feedback with government representatives to ensure best practice.

Temporary outsourced CSA campaigns

  • Temporary campaigns for an outsourcing company involving a variety of roles.
  • Whirlpool: Checking for defective model numbers and providing assistance during a product recall on behalf of a client whirlpool. We provided replacement products and assurances to existing customers.
  • Eon: I was part of the gas repair line, we dealt with a variety of technical issues regarding boilers and gas meters, as well as taking meter readings and providing billing account information to customers.
  • Flybe: This was an email, none customer facing role, where I was responsible for calculating and compensating customers.

Disclaimer

I have had a recent employment gap due to a medical negligence claim which unfortunately ruined my previous career. However, on a more positive note, I have fully recovered and I am very much looking forward to the opportunity to prove my usefulness and carve out a comfortable life for my family.
