Summary

Having left school at 15, I started working from the moment I turned 16. Starting as a team member at a KFC franchise, I worked effortlessly to ensure I was being the best worker I could. I quickly became a trainee shift runner, getting signed off days after my 18th Birthday. Shortly after I got offered to transfer to Costa (Same franchise) and become an Assistant Manager, where I have grew both professionally and personally. I would say customer interaction is my biggest strength, I strive to ensure customers have the best experience they can in the hopes the return as a regular.
