  • Selected by University of York & regional Google team to represent Google for UoY. I lead a club that spreads Google technologies to students and locals of all career backgrounds, benefitting their work-lives.
  • I attend monthly developer events to represent Google Developers York in order to collaborate information, network, and innovate.
  • Boosted brand awareness, implemented promotional campaigns, and employed sales tactics as part of club development.
  • Organised and presented a tech talk event reaching out to experts from J.P. Morgan, Amazon & AMD, amassing an audience of 40 people.

Python A Level Project: 

  • Implemented an OOP approach to the game, optimising code redundancy, allowing creation of multiple instances.
  • Use of recursion to generate hundreds of instances within game, spawned at random points on an endless 2D generated map.
  • Gained skills in the ‘Pygame’ module, DBMS And SQLite3, used to track score and leaderboard data, presented on a main menu via a personally made GUI.

Other Python Skills: 

  • Well versed in sorting algorithms (bubble sort, insertion sort, merge sort) and applications.
    Proficient in searching algorithms ( GBFS, A*, Iterative Deepening A* ).
