I have achieved a DofE bronze award, and won medals from past taekwondo tournaments. My most notable being coming third place in a national competition held in the United Kingdom. Had prior work experience at a wide range of places, working at an office based around renewable energy for immersa. Also helping with primary school physical education teachers, and shortly assisting with a cross fit coach in a gym called 21 union fitness.

I have participated in DofE, accomplishing a bronze award. Being assigned with people who I wasn't familiar with at the time. I showed my strong sense of resilience and wanting to get something done on the expedition, not showing signs of wanting to back out, pushing onward.
