Tutoring students at a variety of different stages and abilities with the aim to instil confidence and to allow students to become indepedent learners. Subjects covered: Primary school English and Maths ; 11+ tutoring ; TMUA (Cambridge/Oxford Entrance test) tutoring, GCSE French, Chemistry, Biology , Maths, Physics.
I completed my hospitality training for waiting and bar work , however I was unable to accept any shifts due to festival work.
While working at Burrito Boys I had a varied role covering both operations and customer service. Responsibilities included driving vans to transport equipment and stock, setting up and packing down stalls, and preparing and cooking food to a high standard. I was regularly public facing, ensuring a positive experience for punters, and occasionally took on team management duties by assigning tasks, organising break schedules, and coordinating the smooth running of shifts. I worked at a variety of festivals such as : Glastonbury , Boomtown , In it Together and Victorious.
I was responsible for organising bar and pub events each week ; ensuring that the society recieved sponsors from local pubs and club venues and ensured that each bar event ran smoothly. In this role, I also gained experience in serving and pouring drinks.
As a Kitchen worker, my main role was to prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents which suited their dietary needs. I maintained cleanliness and hygeine standards in kitchen and care areas always being proactive in my approach. As a carer, I assisted individuals with daily living activities , ensuring comfort and dignity .
