• Deputise as Control Centre Manager in periods of absence due to professional & personal commitments
• Raising of PO's
• Collaboration with Control Centre Manager, Operations Analysts, Controllers and key internal and external stakeholders. Identifying and initiating process changes to improve overall team function, efficiency and efficacy
• Identifying performance vulnerabilities aiming to maximising revenue and asset availability
• Maintain staff rota, ensuring sufficient staffing levels year round to uphold Control Centre function and capability
• 1 - 2 - 1 meetings with team members. Aiming to highlight areas of improvement for increased performance, understanding career goals, improving team dynamics

• UK & Germany availability and generation
  tracking/analysis
• Create and deliver performance reports for Asset
  Management for each Wind Turbine and Wind Farm
• Examine half hourly energy export and import data
• Lead for Ofgem compliance auditing. Engaging with numerous internal departments to ensure all required documentation is provided
• Process & management of ROC/REGO submissions to Ofgem
• Liaise with European offices to ensure same practices are followed for reporting and operational purposes
• Calculate Contractual Availability Bonus or LD payments for
  OEM's and gain agreement for overall availability with Asset Management
• Interrogation of CMS reports and tracking of issues until resolved
• Initial and continued training of all new Control Centre employees

• Ensure safe daily wind farm operations by enforcing SSOW such as WTSR/CDM/HV
• Accurately register Wind Turbine Safety Rules
  documents, site access records and transfers of
  control
• Active participation in emergency drills to ensure portfolio wide ERP plans are up to date and identify areas for improvement to maximise safety
• Maintain contact with National Grid, Transmission
  Network and DNO's for planned / unplanned grid
  outages and curtailments
• Remote monitoring of UK and European portfolios via various SCADA systems ensuring correct response to faults and alarms
• Proactively monitor weather forecast systems for
  operational safety
• Ensure all communications to site are maintained to
  allow sites to participate in Balancing Mechanism
• Maintaining accurate availability forecasts
• Monthly site access reporting
• Submitting hazard observation forms and maintaining register of operational restrictions
