  • Currently successfully running the 4th highest taking store in the company (out of 2500). With a turn over of over £350,000 a week in the on season, and £225,000 in the off season.
  • Annual turn over of over 13.5 million.
  • Managing a large team of between 42 and 50, with the added complexity of a night team and home deliveries.
  • Liaise with supply chain analysts, logistics personnel and field Ops to deal with ferry distruption and dramatic spikes in trade.
  • Effectively manage staff to ensure I have a healthy and happy store, whilst behaviour and absence are challenged appropriately.
  • Use local community groups and resourcing partners to change the image of the coop in a close knit community, to drive brand positivty and address staffing shortages.
