Callum Kirkpatrick

I began my work with Currys in Dundee as a Sales Colleague and have since accumulated a wealth of knowledge in a range of positions, including stockroom management, delivery coordination, and efficient stock processing. Processing purchases and transactions, handling refunds, exchanges, and order collections, and keeping a designated department to guarantee a satisfying shopping experience are all part of my duties. In addition to becoming a member of the Top Squad (the region's Top 1000 sales colleagues) on several occasions and receiving recognition for my work, my CSAT score often ranges from 70 to 100%. My abilities in teamwork, communication, and organisation in a fast-paced retail setting have improved greatly as a result of this position.

In my role as a Sales Colleague at Currys in Elgin, I continuously provided excellent customer service and acquired useful sales experience. Processing transactions, managing online order collections , and resolving refunds and exchanges were among my roles. In order to improve the consumer shopping experience, I was also in charge of keeping a designated department presentable and well-organised. I was able to use my organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills in this position while working in a retail setting. My short period of work here is explained by my transfer of work to the Dundee branch.

During my employment at TK Maxx my main responsibilities were to process deliveries and move out items quickly so that the store floor was kept stocked and orderly. I occasionally helped out in the fitting room and on the checkouts to serve customers. My previous experience with TK Maxx in Elgin proved to be helpful at picking up the job again. Strong organisational skills and the capacity to function well in a hectic retail environment while bettering consumers' shopping experiences were all developed in this profession.

As a part-time Store Associate at TK Maxx, I developed a strong work ethic and shown flexibility by gaining a lot of experience in a range of tasks. The various roles I had was that of processing deliveries, running the pay desk effectively, and making sure that stock was put out onto the shop floor precisely and quickly. I made sure that the store floor and fitting rooms were well-organised to provide a satisfying experience for customers. I also occasionally helped with merchandising chores by using my creativity and attention to detail. My multitasking, customer service, and collaboration abilities were strongly developed in this fast-paced retail setting.
