Now looking for a new opportunity that involves challenges and where he can use his customer services background, to his advantage in a new role.
In August 2025, i was frustrated that its so hard to find affordable kids clothing and gear for motocross for my boy who is now 5 years old. As they quickly outgrow it. Since August i have worked full time and then in the garage to early hours of the morning building Futurecross. Which is all about good quality used gear or end of line keeping it affordable for families.
In Oct i took on my first premises that allowed me to become dealers for brands like Revvi, RFN and Wulfsport etc. With families traveling all over the Southwest and amazing 100% Reviews.
We are working with 2 clubs and opening doors for kids to get on bikes at all levels and keeping it affordable. I could talk for hours on this subject but i shall keep it short :)
My role evolved with Hortech to becoming self employed and managing my own business as a general builder and subcontracting to multiple businesses. Still carrying out maintenance on National Grid substations. This involved purchasing my own vehicle and equipment in order to complete my role.
Employee at Hortech Ltd. My role was a Field technician, learning to care for all sorts of ground maintenance, from grass cutting to maintenance of National Grid Substations. The role involved lots of miles on the road, covering from Cornwall to Western Super Mare.
Owner of Callum Hill Chiropody. Role included assessment and
treatment of the foot. This role involved many clinical skills as well as people managing skills. The role involved managing my diary, clinical assessment, onward referrals or signposting to other services. Managing my accounts and balancing books.
Kingsleigh House. This was a role dealing with people with learning difficulties. Promoting their independence, and life skills. Many of the residents had very challenging behaviour and de-escalation was crucial to this role. It also gave me an income whilst I self funded my Chiropody course.
