Was a fulltime caregiver and household manager in which I had undertook 1 year off being a full time carer for my family member who was not physically well/disabled, this is why I was not in employment out of the household. this included helping her with shopping, appointments, cleaning, cooking, managing daily activities, demonstrating resilience and adaptability and overall helping with her living standards for her not to be in pain.

Undertook 2 weeks of work experience in the restaurant of a resort. Developed and improved my skills in customer service, time management and team building skills with other employees. Responsible for asking peoples orders, booking people in and assisting customers. Utilised customer service skills to achieve my targets set. Helped manage the morning breakfast team when needed.
