I am a highly motivated individual with extensive experience working with people from all walks of life, I adapt to every situation I encounter to ensure I provide the best quality of service for each clients individual needs. I have a meticulous attention to detail with multitasking and problem solving being at the heart of what I do.

Since working for Julian House I have moved into my current position of Senior Assertive Outreach Worker, I currently oversee a growing team of 7 staff set to increase. I work daily with our homeless cliental to ensure they receive sound advice and are supported into accommodation.

I worked for Co-Op as a Team Leader. I have learned a lot in this role when it comes to priorities in the work place in which management tasks to finish first as a majority of shifts I was the Duty Manager. As the majority of time spent was as a Duty Manager I had to develop new responsibilities:
