- I worked in the manor doing wedding events and many other events. I was barista trained and throughout my time working here I shadowed the assistant manager ready for the F&B hospitality management which I started but was not able to complete. I was able to help, serve and plan wedding and events from 20 guests to over 500 guests and was able to communicate closely to the rest of the team and also the kitchen staff.
