I am a strong, outgoing person, who is eager to learn and challenge myself to achieve goals. Over the past years, I have gained valuable experience working within an office environment, alongside the construction industry. This has helped me gain fantastic communication skills, to be strong willed and inspired a growth in confidence.
I have excellent knowledge across all Microsoft Office programmes on both Windows and Mac; alongside having a understanding of how to use basic accounting systems.
During my current role as Office Manager at S & A Groundworks and Plant, I work directly under the Managing Director. I carry out all admin duties including: attendance records, dealings with clients and creditors, banking, minutes, filing, data input along with any other requests of the directors.
I also ensure that all the Health and Safety records are kept up to date and keeping accreditations such as Construction Line, in line with current and in date polices/insurances.
A large part of my role at S & A groundworks and Plant involves dealing with suppliers, creditors and clients. These include obtaining and providing quotes, purchase orders, invoices within a timely manner to ensure that all parties involved are happy.
