  • 1x Scottish kickboxing champion, November 16th 2024, Glasgow, Motherwell, Ravenscraig centre.
  • This accomplishment has helped me with my Confidence and Self esteem, Discipline and Consistency, Focus and Concentration, Problem-solving and Adaptability and Mental toughness.
