Unpaid Job experience at the Grand Hotel Brighton.
I was concierge for a week at the Grand Hotel.
Greeting guests and helping them with any questions they had about Brighton and Hove and the best places to visit with directions.
I made sure to always have an approachable and smiley aura so they never threat to ask me any concerns they had about their stay.
During my week at the Grand, I also did a couple days doing conference and event planning.
I would help fill up waters and make sure the tables were up to a high standard. I also did waitressing, where I feel I developed my personal skills and professionalism.
