Aperol Spritz Aperidisco
I was Production & Coordination Lead for Aperol Spritz’ Aperidisco Summer Tour 2024, a nationwide experiential campaign designed to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement. Over five months, the tour delivered 90 single-day events and 9 three-day festivals across the UK, requiring precise planning and consistent brand execution under tight deadlines. I led all production and coordination, managing suppliers, logistics, staffing, and creative set-up, while acting as a primary client contact to ensure alignment at every stage. By owning scheduling and approval processes, I enabled efficient delivery of all events. The campaign engaged thousands of consumers nationwide and significantly elevated Aperol’s brand presence. The seamless delivery and creative execution, increased ROS by 46% and reinforced trust in turn securing repeat business with nationwide on-trade groups for future activations.
Hawaiian Tropic Hibiscus Cove
As Influencer Lead, I oversaw Hawaiian Tropic’s Hibiscus Cove 2025 PR launch in Marbella. Created to generate evergreen social content and deliver a standout product debut across their afternoon range. Tasked with helping manage multiple moving parts, from influencer schedules and PR content moments to production install and de-rig to ensure seamless delivery in a high pressure environment. I coordinated end-to-end influencer engagement, balancing logistics, timings, and talent management alongside production needs, while also supporting on-site to capture content opportunities. Through meticulous planning and adaptability, the event reached a total 17 million users on social media and a polished brand experience that reinforced Hawaiian Tropic’s After Sun range in the market.
Tequila Rose Pink Gala
Led the production of Tequila Rose’s nationwide PR event, tasked to recruit 860k new consumers, double unaided awareness from 3% to 6%, and cement the brand as ‘the pink drink’. Done so by delivering a standout experience that blended glamour with shareability, driving both live engagement and online buzz. I oversaw end-to-end event production delivery, from creative concepting and supplier management to on-site coordination, ensuring seamless execution and install. The activation featured a pink carpet, step-and-repeat wall, and elevated entertainment moments that encouraged PR-worthy content creation and amplified FOMO on social. The result was a highly successful PR event that boosted visibility, drove social reach, and strengthened Tequila Rose’s positioning as a lifestyle-led brand.
