- Fairfax has provided me with amazing opportunities to develop the skills I have stated and massively improved my confidence for professional settings.
I took part in the first Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) workshop for young girls in the UK which promoted the diversity in Nuclear Energy and other STEM careers. I gained teamwork and leadership skills from this experience as well as knowledge upon sustainability within the UK and globally from meeting female mentors from around the world who have successful careers in the Nuclear field.
I have done Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Awards which help me learn productive traits such as self-sufficiency, teamwork, time-management and an appreciation for how hard work leads to success.
I have previously volunteered at my dance school helping young children set up their foundation as dancers and helping them to develop useful skills. Furthermore I still actively dance at EnPointe Dance School and go to the gym to maintain my physical fitness.
Furthermore I have helped build confidence and security for children in school who are under SEND and gave a speech on the importance on educating people on the neurodivergent spectrum.
