I am a focused, committed and engaging individual with over ten years experience in high end customer facing roles. Ranging from clothing and luxury jewellery retail, to guest relations, front of house and membership positions. I put great importance on having an outstanding rapport with everyone I work for and with. Providing the highest level of service, whilst using my initiative and being forward thinking, is a strength of mine. I thrive off of high expectation, and using a creative approach to deliver unique and special experiences for clientele.
My role as a senior member of the front of house team, as well as working with guest relations and membership, is multifaceted and dynamic. I have taken my experience working in previous members clubs to meet the demand at this very ambitious project. There are multiple restaurants, bars and event spaces, in which I manage reservations, run the reservations in service. As well as guest lists/events, member acquisition, inductions and tours. The stakes are very high, and the clientele expect excellence. I work with my team to meet the ever changing and specific demands of all our members and guests.
My position at The House of KoKo members club has predominantly been as Maitre'd for their highly acclaimed Stage Kitchen Restaurant.
My time at The House has also involved working regularly at main reception, aswell as Maitre'd for their equally as popular Rooftop Restaurant.
This role has involved much adaptability, and of course tending to the particular wants and requirements of our members. Striking a balance between professionalism, and creating a space that members feel comfortable and at home in.
