- During internship worked on different sub-modules of SAP HCM includes OM, PA, TM & Payroll.
- Have great practice on configuration on all four sub modules and great knowledge of all transactional codes use in personnel administration, organizational management, time management and payroll.
- Personnel administration - PA20, PA30, PA40, PA70, PA71 etc.
- Organizational management - PO10, PO13, PO03 etc.
- Time management - SCAL, PT01,PT02, PT03 etc.
- Payroll - PA03, OH11, PU03 etc.
- Aware of end to end implementation process (SAP methodology), documentary work and process flow of support team.
- Aware of time management and types of time management.
- Define personnel area, personnel sub-area & required assignment.
- Maintained organisation assignments, location, departments and its hierarchies.
- Defined and maintained the objects and relationships that comprise an organizational plan.
- Maintained operations and functions in SAP.
- Define public holiday classes, daily work schedule, period work schedule its groupings, set work schedule rules and work schedule.
- Generate work schedule manually and in batch.
- Define absences, special absences, attendances and its types.
- As intern worked on counting classes, counting rules, deduction rules, quota types and required assigning done.
- Able to do complete configuration on payroll includes pay scale structure, payroll area, payroll control record etc
- Configuration on payroll driver (simulation run / test run), retroactive accounting.
- Learned and practice on different wage types how to copy wage type, valuation of base wage type and its characteristics.
- Aware of integration between OM & PA through RHINTE reports or T77S0.
- Aware of integration between PA & TM by maintaining infotype 0007.
- Learned and solve errors while doing configuration.

- Determine defaults using features includes NUMKR, IGMOD, SCHKZ, TMSTA, ABKRS, TARIF etc.
