Summary

I am a resilient, ambitious and hard-working individual who loves getting involved with a wide range of activities such as netball, diving, athletics, skiing and music, which has enabled me to work well and communicate with others.

My ability to work with a team has been shown through my dedication in training with my netball teammates regularly, and this enabled us to reach the regional round in a national netball tournament.

In my job at a local ski company, I developed my communication and customer service skills by answering the phone in a timely and friendly

manner. Attention to detail and accurate documentation was essential to my role.

My growing experience within the hospitality industry has improved my knife skills, creativity, and problem solving which I believe will be vital for a cook.

Hobbies and Interests

Additionally I had to undergo 3 months of volunteering, physical activity(netball) and learning a new skill (baking). During the expedition I developed my resilience and communication skills which enabled my team to reach the campsite safely. When baking cakes I had to pay attention to detail to ensure I had the correct measurements for the ingredients and added them to the bowl in the correct order.
  • Piano Grade 4, 2016-09-01, 2020-09-01, I achieved a distinction in my grade 4 piano through daily practice and focusing on scales and arpeggios. I gained resilience through motivating myself to carry on practising when learning hard pieces.
