In this part of my career I decided to pursue new builds as I wasn’t confident in my domestic experience I picked up 3 way and intermediate lighting, solar and air source heat pumps through this part of my career and learned more in the domestic side of being an electrician as I am more industrial biased

In this part of my career I got into temporary power and learned another part of the electrical trade learning how to install main supply’s up to 400A switch gear and also very small install of 110v lights I worked with 1.5mm artic flex cable right up to 300mm swa this part of my career was great for learning testing and fault finding as doing temporary installation faults came up often and I found that I gained a lot of experience with faults and testing
