  • Ensure Field Nurses are updated with BDC company communications and initiatives.
  • Hold quarterly 1-2-1 reviews with each Field Nurse and act on any required outcomes.
  • Schedule two Field Nurse team Meetings per year to discuss key issues, outline BDC strategy and support employee engagement.
  • Act as a first point of contact for any issues the Field Nurse team raises, liaising with other support functions to find solutions where necessary.
  • Produce a monthly Field Nurse deployment data report and submit it to BDC Management Accounts for cross charging of Field Nurse payroll costs to all practitioner so booked a Field Nurse.
