Summary

Specialising in designing concepts that work, delivering profitable and popular menus, re-vamping brands, overseeing new openings and special events, advising on strategic and day-to-day operations, management and training, restructurings, troubleshooting and more.

I have over 25 years' experience in the food, catering and hospitality industry, both as a chef and as a consultant. I support businesses with my insight and expertise, but I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty too.

My career includes running the multi-million pound turnover restaurant in one of London’s largest and highest profile art galleries; advising a FoodTech platform working with leading brands and independent groups; opening and developing operations at a range of major corporate hospitality sites and restaurants as well as large-scale venue and event catering contracts; consulting and supporting country-wide education and assisted living businesses in development and crisis management support; working in a Michelin-starred restaurant and building branded restaurant concepts in the UK and the Middle East.
